About Us
24-7 Entertainment is an independent concert promoter and talent buyer based in Baltimore, MD. Since 1997, we’ve been booking artists at area clubs, colleges, festivals, and corporate and private functions in the Mid-Atlantic region.
24-7’s owner, Paul Manna, has developed and maintained integral relationships over the years with many of today’s top artists, agents, and managers. He has helped develop numerous artists early in their careers such as Shinedown, All Time Low, Halestorm, The Avett Brothers, Avenged Sevenfold, O.A.R., Chevelle, Kings of Leon, The Killers, Linkin Park, The White Stripes, Keane, Silversun Pickups, and many more.
24-7 has been the talent buyer for some of Maryland’s most prestigious events:
ARTSCAPE FESTIVAL (2006–Present). Known as “America’s Largest Free Arts Festival”, more than 250,000 people attend this 3-day event annually.
Artists booked: Cake, Joan Jett, Los Lonely Boys, Damian Marley, Al Green, Matisyahu, Grace Potter, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Disco Biscuits, Robert Randolph, Clutch, G-Love & Special Sauce, Drive By Truckers, and Gov’t Mule.
MARYLAND STATE FAIR (2010–2011). Anchored by the booking of pop sensation Justin Bieber in 2010, the Maryland State Fair enjoyed the most successful day in its 130-year history.
Artists booked: Blake Shelton, Bret Michaels, and Selena Gomez.
BALTIMORE GRAND PRIX (2011). 24-7 provided the full line-up of talent. The event was headlined by Collective Soul with Jimmie’s Chicken Shack and other top regional bands.
In September 2012 we held our own music festival in Baltimore; CHARM CITY MUSIC FESTIVAL. Headlining this highly successful event was Weezer with Flogging Molly, Stephen Marley, Eve 6, Southern Culture on the Skids, and more. Over 10,000 people attended.
